We have an excellentestablished clinical team and a very experienced administrative team.We are looking to employ a GP Medical Receptionist, to work full time.The Practice works with EMIS Web clinical system and DOCMAN 10, experience of both would be an advantage but training would be given to the right candidate.The applicant would be expected to possess excellent people skills and understand the importance of good customer care and confidentiality.You will need to be of a mature and empathetic nature, and have a friendly can do attitude. Good literacy and IT skills are essential.Duties will include liaising with patients and other visitors to the practice both face to face and over the telephone.
