Warehouse Solution Design Manager Based in the Hertfordshire Area Base salary £35,000 - £40,000 plus packageFantastic opportunities for Automated Fulfilment Centre Design Manager to work on various projects with experience of working with a variety of organisations and management levels, who also understands how an automated fulfilment centre operates at a process and transactional level.This innovative organisation is looking to further build its high-performing team to support continuing growth. You will be joining a dynamic multinational technology and automated solutions provider that supports some of the worlds largest and well-recognised organisations in the food/ FMCG/ retail sectors. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs which provide cutting-edge logistics solutions. Demonstrable project management experience and strong leadership skills are therefore essential.Your previous experience in Warehouse / Distribution Centre design will allow you to empathise with clients individual operational complexities, build credibility with them and design feasible warehouse and distribution solutions tailored to their needs whilst supporting stakeholders across all levels. Applicants need to be accurate and detail-focused with strong IT skills including experience of 3D drawing using Revit, SketchUp or similar. Essentially, you will have a strong awareness of CDM 2015 regulations, Health and Safety, manual handling, ergonomics and Risk Assessments. Advanced level Excel skills are also essential. A degree relating to logistics, business or a mathematical or analytical discipline would be desirable, but is not essential.
