Job Description

Commercial Asbestos Surveyor £30,000 - £34,000 + Benefits Hertfordshire, South East There is a fantastic home-based opportunity available for a quality driven Commercial Asbestos Surveyor to join a successful and independently run asbestos management consultancy to cover a range of Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshireareas.Key Duties:

  • Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of small - large scale commercial and industrial projects
  • Complete annual re-assessments
  • Undertake bulk sampling when required
  • Generate comprehensive survey reports to be issued to clients
  • Ensure that working practices and operations are performed in line with company UKAS accreditation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and the public in a professional manner
  • Assist with training new starters
Essential requirements:
  • Full UK driving license
  • BOHS P402 qualified
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in asbestos surveying
  • Experience in carrying out surveys in domestic, commercial and industrial buildings
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge of HSG: 264
