Estimator- Groundworks/Demolition£50-60k per annum (depending on experience)Full Time Permanent positionWe are looking for an Estimator to support a growing Waste Management/demolition operation in Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to be based at a the Head Office in Hampshire and will suit a dynamic Estimator with industry experience seeking a managementposition and long term career progression opportunities.Day to Day

• Establishing what resources are required for the efficient completion of the projects.

• Engaging with specialist subcontractors, suppliers, designers and utility companies (or similar) to ensure we submit a competitive an accurate tender.
• Understanding the legal requirements (including health, safety and the environmental matters) for each tender

• Understanding the contractual requirements (e.g. drawn information, scope of works and specifications) for those tenders
• Understanding the industry standards that are required to be met.

• Maintain good relationships with clients, consultants and colleagues

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Demolition experience of a wide variety of different types of buildings,Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of the legal requirements for tender

• Confidence in pricing demolition or earthworks worth in excess of £1 million in value.
• Hold a construction industry degree or professional qualification (MRICS or MCIOB)
• Excellent IT skills
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
