The successful candidate will have responsible for managing a Sheltered Housing Scheme and deliver tenancy support and housing management to one of our ShelteredHousing Schemes either at Hartley Court or Concorde House, working closely with internal and external partners and organisations. The role This role involves being responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective day to day management of a sheltered housing schemes, promoting health and wellbeing, community spirit and independence, facilitating support for each scheme resident and end-to-endtenancy processes. We are looking for a person with a strong track record of managing high performance and high-quality sheltered housing producing excellent outcomes for customers. We are looking for someone who can be inspirational, with enthusiasm and passion to both drive our services forward and improve the lives of those customers living in our schemes.
