With our commitment to a sustainable future, a careerwith Kerry is something you can feel good about.About the roleThe job role is to control the supply of finished goods to the customer throughout the factory process by effective management of stocks, production scheduling, Raw Material call off and expediting.Key responsibilities Create Purchase Orders and communicate orders to suppliers in line with lead time, including Kanban orders. Create STOs of movement of Raw Materials from outside storage sites. Review production requirements each week and schedule production in the most efficient way possible to meet customer demand Communicate with Customer Care, Purchasing Admin and Transport regarding issues relating to customer supply. Running of daily Raw Materials reports to review undelivered orders and unconfirmed ordersfollow through with vendors to ensure orders are placed/confirmed. Update RM issue logs highlighting any shortages for production. Creation of weekly Coupa POs for our logistics storage providers ensuring a smooth invoicing procedure. Maintenance of Storage, CO2/Nitrogen logs, Returns logs, Contraload Pool-it figures for site Creation of GRNs and Invoice query management (Reconciliation) Creation of Coupa purchase orders for Warehouse / factory orders as required. Cover for Raw Material call off as required. Cover for Production Scheduling as required. Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as and when required.Qualifications and skillsThe successful candidate will demonstrate a combination of the, technical skills and experience and personal competencies outlined as follows: SAP or equivalent ERP knowledge key, Relevant supply chain/logistics qualification preferred Materials management, planning. Experience working in the FMCG industry is a distinct advantage Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook,) Must be able to work to deadlines, which at time can be tight and call for the ability to prioritiseActively listens and shares information and knowledge with others in a timely manner. Ensures that appropriate information has been received and understood and ensures supervisor and team are aware of any changes or potential issues
