Job Description

The CompanyWe represent a nationwide, Legal 500 firm with offices across London are seeking to recruit experienced Litigation Paralegals/Caseworkers on a full-time permanent basis. Training will be provided by qualified solicitors in handling a varied workload of Civil / Commercial Litigation matters.The Role - assisting with;

  • Assisting with casework
  • Attending clients, taking instructions and preparing cases
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate time costing procedures
  • Implementing any recommendations made by your supervisor following monthly file reviews ensuring that these are dealt with promptly
  • Ensuring compliance with file management.
  • The CandidateApplications are encouraged from Law Graduates and legal executives who have a desire to train in Litigation work.
  • Prior experience in Civil / Commercial Litigation would be desirable.
  • Must have completed their degree in Law.
  • Good IT skills to work in a paperless environment are essential.
  • Must be keen and eager to learn at a fast pace.
