We are inviting applications for Senior Associate based in Harrow . This is a permanent position start immediately for our Banking client .JOB ROLE The role being offered is of a senior associate within the Systems department.The position is sensitive and important in nature. The candidate is expected to have an in-depth knowledge of different applications on different platforms and understanding the inter relationship between them.Day to day dealing with users such as Back-office, Front office, Treasury, Operations, Branch Operations and basic infrastructure support are some of the key functionalities of this role.Project handling is also a very important function of this role.2 JOB RESPONSIBILITY Support for Finacle Core application User management of all Finacle applications and other platform as per the requirement of the department Finacle user training and guidance for day-to-day jobs Support for Finacle Treasury & Finacle Nostro Reconciliation (FNR) Escalation and analysis of critical issuesFinacle enhancement/customization projects General Administration of the Department (Support) Primary/First level support to the Infra/Networking team within Systems Department Generating various MIS and other reports using suitable tools and language as per the requirement Any other job entrusted by the Department Head 3COMPETENCY Thorough working knowledge of Finacle suite of applications, especially Finacle Core Experience in supporting Finacle Applications. Experience in Project Management. Basic understanding of infrastructure and networking Experience in Oracle/RDBMS with ability to understand and execute day to day database queries Training Users with regards to applications Willingness to take on new challenge
