Job Description

Educate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to start as soon as possible within a mainstream primary school in Harrow.About Us:

The school is looking for candidates who have/are:
  • Experience working in an administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • A valid Enhanced DBS
  • Computer literate
  • SIMS experience (desirable)
  • Available full-time
The role includes:
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring the security of the school by monitoring access
  • Handling contact with staff, parents and students. Being able to help on hand with any information, schools rules and regulations
  • Assisting with various admin tasks, such as filing documents, maintaining student records and managing correspondence
  • Handle sensitive information, such as student records and personal details
  • Using SIMS confidentely
  • Administration relating to pupil attendance
