Housing related experience

Planning and Organising - Demonstrate excellent judgement skillsunder competing priorities and pressure.

ICT Skills- Ability to use multiple applications, systems and associatedsoftware packages.

Admin Skills- Ability to use and accurately maintain effectiveadministration systems in a rapidly changing environment.

Problem Solving and Decision Making - Ability to react to immediateproblems of a highly complex nature with associated risk factors anddeliver pragmatic solutions sometimes under extreme pressure
