We are currently looking to recruit a Caretaker / Handyperson / Maintenance Assistant / Maintenance Operativeto work for a friendly, welcomingschool based near Romford,Essex.Hours of work are Mondayto Friday, 8am to 4pm.Duties - General Caretaker/Handyperson/Maintenance Assistant duties including general repairs and maintenance within the school, unblocking sinks/toilets, fixing door/window handles, painting and decorating, replacing toilet seats, putting up shelves/pinboards, daily health and safety checks, overseeing Contractors on site, porterage, moving furniture, delivering parcels around the building, litter picking, sweeping up leaves, emptying bins, replenishing supplies around the building eg.
