With a focus on professionalism, integrity, and client care, the firm offers asupportive and dynamic work environment.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our clients team in Harlow. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of private client matters, providing expert legal advice and support to our clients. This role isideal for a solicitor with a strong background in private client work and a passion for delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.- Draft and advise on wills, lasting powers of attorney, and other testamentary documents.- Administer estates, including dealing with both taxable and non-taxable estates.- Handle the creation and administration of trusts, including advising trustees on their duties.- Provide advice on inheritance tax planning and mitigation strategies.- Assist clients with the preparation of deeds of variation.- Conduct client meetings to take instructions and provide advice.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation and best practices in private client law.- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless service to clients.- Participate in business development and marketing activities to promote the firm’s private client services.Requirements:- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law.- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.- Proven track record of managing a busy caseload and meeting deadlines.- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.- A proactive approach to business development and networking.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL (INCLUDING SPAM FOLDER) FOR CONFIRMATION YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED.In accordance with https://uksi/2003/3319/regulation/19/madeRequired skills
