Job Description

Position:Quoting Support SpecialistWe are looking for an ambitious individual, who wants to start a career in a global organization. The person will join a team of Quoting Support Specialists responsible for quotations in the UK and Nordics region.What You Will Be Doing at Arrow

  • Tender & Costing Quoting for designated suppliers,
  • Work on daily QLRs and notifications
  • Support CPI internally and with suppliers
  • Profit-seeking - identify and recover "lost" margin incl. requote activities.
  • Part administration and maintenance with MDM (incl. attributes, technical parameters)
  • Take care together with finance on rejected S&D claims,
  • Force excellent relationships with suppliers, sales, and end customers
  • Collect and share tools and best practices.
  • Close collaboration with Marketing & Asset Team
What Are We Looking For
  • Good customer focus (internal and external customers).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Confident, like contact with others.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in purchasing, quoting, customer service within supplier, manufacturing, distribution or service industry will be an advantage.
