Job Description

Non Aseptic Technician/ Pharmaceutical Production OperativeLocation: Harlow, Pinnacles Salary: 8.72 per hour (+ Generous overtime rates!)Type: Temporary - Permanent (after 12 weeks based on work performance). Benefits: Guaranteed internal promotion opportunities, excellent training from day one, unlimited overtime available, Pensions Scheme, 28 days holiday entitlement.Hours: Alternative Shifts: Monday - Friday (6.00am - 2.00pm and 2.00pm - 10:00pm) OR permanent latesJob Content: Adecco Harlow are recruiting for Pharmaceutical Production Operatives to join a successful, award winning national pharmaceutical business. The successful candidate will join a well established, hands on team and will support with all aspects of the production. The successful candidate will be responsible for sanitising and labelling medical equipment, ensuring a high level of accuracy at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity that will offer a candidate a wealth of training schemes, career progression and a great place to work. Daily Duties: *Sanitise products ready for aseptic compounding. *Label and package completed pharmaceutical product for dispatch. *Carry out quality control checks on the finished products. *Store the medical equipment in relevant storage containers as per the instructions. *Liaising with the team to ensure that all finished products are distributed to the client within service level agreements with the client. *Ensure all job related paperwork is correct, error free and completed in time. *To effectively communicate in a timely and comprehensive manner. The ideal candidate: *Proven experience within warehouse, cleaning or a production environment would be highly advantageous. *Experience within a medical, pharmaceutical or GMP environment would also be desirable. *Strong numeracy and literacy skills as well as a good standard of English, verbal and written. *Good attention and accuracy to detail is essential. *Confident with the ability to use own initiative and manage own workload. Personality: Self-sufficient, approachable and ambitious. Adaptable and willing to learn. Able to work alone and in a large team. A high level of sensitivity, judgement and integrity is required.
