Job Description

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annumLocation: Based at our office in Harlow, Essex 3 days per week. Do you have a passion for supporting people and looking for your next step in your career If yes, we would love to hear from you!What youll be doing:

  • Support ER meetings by attending preparation meetings with the manager and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to assist in the planning of the upcoming meeting.
  • Attend ER meetings with the manager and HRBP to take notes from the meeting, sending them to the manager and HRBP in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and administer meeting outcome letters in a timely manner.
  • Co-ordinate sickness absence monitoring administration, including return to work forms, sickness improvement plans, formal notices, etc.
  • Regularly update and maintain relevant systems and trackers.
  • Monitor upcoming probations and update HR Business Partners for outstanding probation.
  • Prepare and administer employee probation letters in a timely manner.
  • Action changes to terms and conditions of employment. Produce and send appropriate communication in a timely manner.
  • Ensure resignations are acknowledged in a timely manner, leaver processes are completed, including system changes, and line managers are advised of next steps.
  • Co-ordinate blended working agreement administration, including processing requests, outcome letters and updating tracker.
  • Co-ordinate the HR email Inbox.
  • Maintain company organisational chart.
  • Support the OD Partner with company training if and when required including:
o Booking training courses.o Co-ordinating mandatory e-Learning and online courses.o Ensuring Learning Agreements are issued.o Raise training purchase orders.About you:Must haves:
  • Strong administration and good organisational skills.
  • Excellent level of computer literacy, particularly on Microsoft office suite.
Nice to haves:
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Familiarity with using HR systems.
