Experienced HR Administrator sought to fulfil a 12 month maternity cover contract in a highly successful and expanding global SME business which is progressive, employee centric and fully committed to best practice HR.Working closely with the Head of HR the HR Aministrator will handle all administration relating to the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date employee records and data on the HR information system, analysing specific data as required relating to areas such as well being, absenteeism, performance, training, etc.With guidance and support from the Head of HR you will also have an opportunity to broaden your HR knowledge and experience.You are a HR Administrator with solid experience of HR Administration behind you, ideally in a SME type business and you are a skilled and highly organised administrator, with a high level of competence in Microsoft Office and familiarity in the use of anHR information system.Your friendly and professional demeanour will enable you to quickly establish trust across the business. CIPD Level 3 would be advantageous but not essential.
