Job Description

Meridian is working with aUK Wide companyto appoint aGovernance Officerbased inHarlow(CM19).

  • Salary: up to £27,269pa– dependant on experience
  • Hybrid Role
  • Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm

As ourGovernance Officer, you will work alongside the complaints team to review and oversee remedial processes changes that have been implemented to ensure company is following new standards. .Using thecorrective & preventive (CAPA) recommendations ,you willwork with the different departments to supportallcompanypoliciesandproceduresare designed, implemented and followed to ensurecomply withregulatory,professional and customer requirements. You will work as a team tomonitorprocesses whilst working alongside the Quality & patient safety teamto deliver the best service andimprove patient care.As aGovernance Officer,will need to have proven experience inquality assurance within a medical / NHS frameworkor investigations background.Solid understanding ofcorrective and preventive actionplansalongside aclear communicationand data driven mind.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in a fast-growing organisation, This is a brand-new team where you will be able to make the role you own.We support our colleagues with great personal development , outstanding manager that guide and empower and amazing colleagues to work alongside.Governance Officer: Key accountabilitys
  • Maintain high data quality standards by ensuring that data entered onto systems is accurate, complete and up to date
  • Develop and produce information and performance reports as required.
  • Support across the Division on all aspects of patient safety, incidents, risk management, patient experience
  • Supporting staff, managers and clinical governance teams, ensuring the Division is compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Support with Care Quality Commission Standards and Trust policies and procedures
  • Supporting with facilitation of clinical audits including proposals, QIPS presentations.
  • Review, extract, analyse and present data from a range of systems
