This role is busy varied customer service role working for a very successful company in Harlow. Team player with confident manner and eye for detail who can multi task!The RoleTaking customer calls, new queries and ongoing queries and creating client filesResponding to emails and live chat , composing correspondenceUpdating customer files and taking complaint details for resolution Supporting customers through their choicesProviding aftercare and maintaining customer informationProviding advice and processing customer specific requestsSkills and ExperienceEssential skills is the ability to provide professional and high quality customer supportOpen to candidates who are currently working in retail, hospitality or in an office first role.
