Job Description

Customer Service Administrator - Hybrid 3 days at home after trainingAre you seeking a new customer service role at a global brand Perhaps youre in a customer service role and not challenged enough and keen for a more fast paced position Maybe you would like to work on the phone more both external and internal dealingwith a wide variety of situationsIf any of these ring true then please get in touch, as we have a fantastic opportunity available at one of Harlows leading employers.As Customer Service Administrator you will represent the brand. You will be the first point of contact with external customers and responsible for delivering an excellent level of customer service. The ability to communicate effectively, show understanding,solve problems and ultimately ensure complete customer satisfaction.This role will appeal to a highly motivated, well organised person with a can-do attitude and genuine desire to help and provide solutions for our customers.If you can tick a number of the below requirements, have relevant experience / qualifications and feel like you can add something to the team, then we would love to hear from you. Please note the role is heavily phone based, and you may be managing up to40/50 calls a day.

  • Answering the majority of calls incoming to the business via our main line.
  • Providing Customer Service support via email and telephone.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints/queries
  • Managing the distribution of organisational email enquiries and escalating to the appropriate team, when necessary.
  • Maintaining automated forwarding rules for company mailbox and updating them to reflect daily workload distribution.
  • Providing stock availability, pricing and product advice to customers.
  • Working alongside our Quality Assurance team to assist in processing approved Warranty Replacements.
  • Organising the electronic distribution of invoices
This is a great opportunity for any candidate with existing phone based customer service experience, used to working on a busy incoming based lines, happy resolving complex issues.
