Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.More about your roleAs a Concierge you will promote a safe and secure living environment for our customers, in line with Health and Safety law and Chorus policies at ourJoseph Rank House building in HarlowYour role with us will be to assist in the management of our site and its surrounding areas, carry out tenancy change visits and conduct thorough inspections of our properties and ensure all properties and communal areas are free from Health & Safety hazardsor Fire risks alongside completing all relevant admin regularly and efficiently.You will ensure any cleaning, grounds maintenance and other maintenance issues are dealt with promptly,liaising with relevant departments and our partner agencies. You will arrangea rapid response to vandalism, graffiti and litter ensuring these are reportedto the relevant team or in some circumstances you will deal with these issues yourself.For more information please download our job profile available on our websiteThis is a full time position working 4 x 12 hour shifts on a rolling 4 on 4 off,working 8am till 8pmMore about youAre you looking for a role that you can make a difference and be outdoors in the local community Do you have experience working with vulnerable people and developing them and their futureYou will have experience working with vulnerable people in a community based role and demonstrate a thorough understanding of their needs. You will work closely with all of our customers and internal staff therefore strong communication skills and a greatattitude are essential for this role.
