Job Description

NEW Assistant Accountant - Family run & Award winning!UP TO £30,000Location - Just Outside of Harlow.Office Based -09:00-17:00/08:00-16:00Our client, an award winning Family business situated just outside of Harlow, are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their friendly community feel Finance team!

Responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Processing sales invoices.
  • Liaising with all departments when required.
  • Producing weekly sales reports.
  • process import purchase invoices for international customers/suppliers.
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Petty cash & credit card reconciliation.
  • Payroll ( when required)
  • Assisting the finance team with year end tasks.
  • General ad hoc duties - answering phone, helping where needed.
