Job Description

Lettings Negotiator - Experience NeededWe are pleased to be working with a rural estate agency in South Warwickshire recruiting a Lettings Negotiator/Administrator. The successful Lettings Negotiator will be experienced within Lettings and must have a good understanding of the rural areas of Warwickshire.You will have had previous experience working within property related role and lettings.The position will include

all aspects of lettings negotiation

liaising with potential landlords and tenants.

Use of Microsoft office packages

marketing and provide excellent customer service.

You will need the following

Previous lettings experience is essential

You will be a strong communicator

IT skills and be technology knowhow

Negotiation skills

Great communication skills

Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount

The role offers £20k to £21k per annum + commission structure and pension.
