Administrator Job SummaryWe have an exciting opportunity to work as an Administratorwith a global, market leading manufacturer. They are looking for someone to join the team and help manage the accounts of their 100,000 customers worldwide. The company is growing at a rapid pace- yourdays wont be the same!Customer Service Administrator Job RoleAs an Administrator, you will be managing some of the companies accounts to ensure that customers are satisfied with their products- you will be an important part of the buyers journey.Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Customer Service administrator will include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of major accounts including order processing, credits, debits and query resolution
  • Liaise with customers via dedicated customer service PCs and telephone lines
  • Build relationships with internal departments throughout the business to effectively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and review KPIs of major accounts
Administrator Required Skills and ExperienceThe key skills needed to be a successful Administrator are varied but may include:
  • Experience using SAP is desirable
  • Good customer service skills through telephone and email
  • Call centre or face to face customer service experience
  • Previous experience with IT/ IT Systems
