Job Description

Intelligent Resource are currently partnered with our leading client in the Northwest to recruit a Enterprise Architects for their busy and expanding team in Handforth, Cheshire. Working with Business and Change leaders you will be a critical support increating the organisational strategy, developing the road maps that will enable to the strategy to be executed including directing IT and change investment to support the delivery of the business outcomes and ensure they are aligned with technology strategy.Key Responsibilities;

Develop Enterprise Architecture to guide the organisation through transformation, change and optimisation initiatives for your area of ownership.
Develop investment plans and road maps to support the strategy and enable development plans.
Relationship build, engage and influence key stakeholders, gaining understanding and support for architectural road maps providing key insights and expertise to help in decision making and drive targeted business outcomes.
Develop and grow / optimise both business and operating models through the application of business architecture and new or emerging technologies.
Participate and promote architectural governance, guiding colleagues in the successful delivery of programmes and projects with appropriate principles and standards.
Support growth of the business through a number of key focus areas leveraging both in-house and external technologies

Experience Required;

Established Enterprise Architect with experience in field such as Retail, Veterinary or Healthcare or one with comparable complexity and pace
Hold applicable experience across all areas of Enterprise Architecture including Business, Data, Application & Technology
Hold experience in working with the business, stakeholders and leaders to define objectives and outcomes with the ability to develop into road maps and IT or change strategies.
Ability to engage and influence varied groups of stakeholders through periods of complex challenges and change.
Have excellent commercial awareness with analytical skills, able to look at the bigger picture whilst managing the short-term implications.
Knowledge of modern business, data and technology ecosystems and operating models. Maintaining awareness & understanding of industry trends and best practices. Adept in applying these in context to solve business challenges.
