HR/Office ManagerPart time - £50,000 pro rata16 hours a weekA fabulous opportunity for an experienced HR/Office Manager to join a fast-growing tech company offering flexibility and generous benefits. This is a newly created role and will see you working with a great team of professionals who are committed to thesuccess of the company. The position is part time15-16 hours a week over two full days or three half days at the company offices in Hampton, within easy reach of Richmond, Twickenham and Teddington.As the HR/Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all HR polices and processes are up to date, supporting and advising managers regarding employment law, organising all recruitment for the company including interviews, offers, contracts,training and inductions. Managing the annual appraisal process, overseeing the staff welfare program, ensuring that all grievance and disciplinary procedures are followed correctly, managing sickness and absence records, overseeing payroll administration andbenefits schemes as well as being responsible for all areas of compliance and office processes including GDPR and ISO 9001.The ideal candidate will have experience within HR ideally in a similar role where you will have been responsible for managing office processes and systems and will have the followingExperience within a generalist HR roleSound knowledge of Employment lawPrevious experience of managing office systems and processesExcellent written and oral communication skillsHighly organised with meticulous attention to detailThis is a great opportunity to join a very successful company .
