Job Description

HR ManagerP/T - £50,000 pro rataA fabulous opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a fast-growing tech company offering flexibility and generous benefits. This is a newly created role and will see you working with a great team of professionals who are committed to the successof the company. The position is part time15-16 hours a week over two full days or three shortened days.As the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all HR polices and processes are up to date and be the first point of contact for all HR related matters. You will oversee recruitment for the company from interview to onboarding and inductionas well as dealing with all ER issues including appraisals, disciplinaries, grievances and the staff welfare program. In addition you will also manage the administration for the payroll and benefit related schemes and be responsible for all areas of complianceand office processes including GDPR and ISO 9001.The ideal candidate will have experience within HR ideally in a similar role where you will have been responsible for managing office processes and systems and will have the following:Experience within a generalist HR roleSound knowledge of Employment lawPrevious experience of managing office systems and processesExcellent written and oral communication skillsHighly organised with meticulous attention to detailThis is a great opportunity to join a very successful company based on the borders of Middx/Surrey, within walking distance to the station at Hampton. As well as a salary of £50,000 pro rata this role comes with very generous benefits including a 15% pension,profit related pay, share options and health plan scheme.
