Immediate start, initially four months but could be longer.Working for a large, global leader in their field, in their beautiful Hammersmith HQ (role is onsite NOT remote)You will be the key point of contact for all mobile devices across the organisationWhat you need to have - You will need experience of configuring Apple products with mobile device management (MDM) tools such as Intune (ideal) or Airwatch, and Apple Business Manager.You will need to be - Outgoing, self-starter, reactive, working at pace/under pressure, strong communicator and able to feed back clearly.What the role is in a nutshell - - Configure iPads into Mobile Management System called Microsoft Intune and into Apple Business Manager- creation of security groups, application management, adhering to deployment methods.- Managing hardware in stock and unboxing, installing + configuring as aboveWould be great if you had - Experience with service management tools like Service Now (ideal) or Jira.Some service desk experience
