. You will receive a 6 Week in house training induction. You will be responsible for making sure our patients/staff and visitors receive the best service we can deliver by putting them at the heart of everything you do.. You will be required to fulfil and understand our patients needs by being inspirational and making the patient experience one they will not forget. No day will be the same. Working on a busy front of house reception. Making of and transferring calls that come into the Health Centre. Meet and greet. Working on the Systmone booking service. Booking of Meeting and Clinical Rooms for our service users both internal and external. Reporting of building maintenance issues. You may have to work alone, but will also be part of a great team. Depending on your role expectation to travel across sites if required.
