Job Description

Pension Transfers Adviser - Clients Provided.Orpington - up to £50,000 basic salary + Package - experience dependent.An expanding Financial services Group who have been recognized by industry bodies and regulators for excellence are looking to recruit a Pension Transfers Adviser to help with a continual increase in business. As industry leading experts in the area of Pensions Transfers, they have doubled the size of their operation and due to a continual increase in new business they are looking to expand further. This is an exciting time to join a growing dynamic company who will provide excellent future career prospects.Specifics of the role will include -

  • Provide Pension focussed advice to clients ensuring they have the best client experience and are treated in line with the company’s highest standards.
  • Evaluate current circumstances and provide professional advice and insight into their best options.
  • Provide fact-based guidance which highlights the benefits and potential risks to the client. Allow them to make informed decisions based on all the information, analysis and research you can provide.
  • Use a strong technical support function to generate fact finds, research and analysis which can be used to prepare for client meetings.
  • Work as part of a team led by the Client Services Director, buying into the company’s professional ethos.
  • Be willing to self-improve, develop your own technical knowledge, look to career development and keep up to date with industry changes.
  • Act in accordance with FCA regulations and be mindful of compliance requirements.
  • You will be required to work predominately from the office when not meeting with clients.
  • This role would suit someone who enjoys working with clients and having the support function and time to put their best interests first. The most suitable candidates will hold a minimum of a Diploma in Financial Advice (for more junior applicants support & training can be provided) and be willing to take further qualifications which would be advantageous to your development. You should be able to display excellent Pensions knowledge and the interpersonal skills regarded to perform in this type of role.The company pride themselves on creating a welcoming, friendly office environment and will invest heavily in your development and wellbeing.
