Job Description

Just Temps are seeking for CNC Machine Operatives, Programmers and Setters, for our client based in Halstead, Essex.Working Hours and Pay:£11.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up too £13.50 per hour, shift dependent.Monday - Friday.15:00 - 23:00.23:00 - 07:00.Key Responsibilities:Setting a range of Haas and Maho CNC milling centres.An understanding of drawings and geometric tolerances both metric and imperial.Excellent understanding of CNC programming.Open to working shift patterns.Experience of 5 axis machines preferred.Use of measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, plug gauges, screw gauges and ring gauges.Skills:An excellent understanding of CNC operating and setting, machine capabilities, spindle tooling, work holding and machining methods.Experience in machining aluminium castings, preferable.A good understanding of component drawings.Experience in aerospace/defence sectors, desirable.Experience of working to ISO9001/AS9100 quality approvals.Ability to confidently discuss design options and their influence on part manufacture and cost is essential.You must be highly organised with a meticulous approach to your with a high level of attention to detail.Good communication and team working skills as well as using initiative when unsupervised.If you are interested in this role please call us now on alternatively apply now!
