The CompanyMy client is one of the UKs leading independent mental health services providers.Services they provide include; sickness absence management, consultancy and hygiene services, wellbeing & health promotion, health risk management, emotional wellbeing services, MSK services, primary care, psychiatrists, clinical and counselling psychologistsand CBT Therapists. They are committed to giving their employees the nourishment to grow and haverefreshed training teams witha structured training program, training academies, CPD programmes, apprenticeship programmes and sponsor colleagues wanting a degreein Occupational Health, as well as annual healthcare conferences in October.The RoleAs a CBT, you will provideOnline/Face to Face therapy to individuals,it would be ideal if youhave also used a variety of therapy models such as EMDR, CBT, holistic approach. You will be triaging individuals and deliver high quality 1:1 treatment to patients,as well as providing mental health support online. The role will involve running classes and workshops to promote mental health and wellbeing first within the workplace.The roles can include some element of home working but JLR is committed to the provisionof these services on site where people can go to access support, advice, guidance and classes.Benefits

Requirements:BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist Individuals who are keen to develop in their role, learn new skills in new contexts and contribute to service development Individuals who are wishing to offer only online therapy or those looking for balance and flexibility in offering a mixture of online and face-to-face therapy in one of our dedicated clinic spaces around the country.
