Quality Inspector. Our client is a leading precision engineering company that specialises in manufacturing high-quality components for various industries, including aerospace, automotive, and the glass sector. Our client is committed to delivering precision-engineeredproducts that meet the highest industry standards. To maintain our exceptional quality, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our clients team. Quality Inspector Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed inspections of machined components and assemblies to ensure they meet specified requirements and tolerances. - Utilise various measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM, to perform accurate measurements. - Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of all quality checks. - Collaborate with production teams to address any quality concerns or deviations from established standards. - Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve quality issues. - Maintain a clean and organized work area and inspect equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition. - Communicate effectively with colleagues, engineers, and managers regarding quality-related matters. - Provide feedback to improve manufacturing processes and product quality. Quality Inspector Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in quality control is a plus. - Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of measurement tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and CMM. - Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and specifications. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Hours of Work: Monday - Friday fulltime days.
