As a result, capacity improvement has become central to the ongoing development of the organisation and critical to its future success.A new Head of Operations was appointed earlier this year, to take this great business to the next level by evolving its operational practices and procedures, with the end goal of becoming a world class manufacturer.The Process Engineer will report directly to the Head of Operations, with the opportunity to value stream map processes across the factory, presenting opportunities & potential returns and deciding together which to prioritise and move forward. Long-term you will lead the facility from static build areas to production lines, responsible forThis is a high-profile role and one where your contribution will be obvious, but also one with HUGE opportunities for improvement - you wont be going after 1% gains, youll be transforming the factory one process at a time!The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £40,000 plus benefits.
