Job Description

Are you passionate about technology and ready to take your career to the next levelWe are seeking a dynamic IT Coordinator to join our clients innovative team and play a crucial role in managing their IT infrastructure.Our client are a leading engineering brand who deal with clients globally.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT support, activities and projects for all UK businesses.
  • Work closely with business customers and facilitate their business IT demands.
  • Deliver IT support across a variety of platforms and infrastructure.
  • Manage process implementation and improvement.
  • PC Build and Delivery to end users.
  • IT Asset and Hardware Management.
  • Order Management and processing of order through a web portal.
  • Support end user adoption of the Office 365 platform and promote O365 features, new releases (such as Teams Rooms) and changes through various communication channels.
  • 2nd line hardware and application support.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to report hardware faults and arrange repair where required
  • Deployment of Windows 11
  • Support with Identity & Access Management
Experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience IT experience in various support and coordination roles.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and 11.
  • Proven project management skills are preferred.
Skills
  • To demonstrate capabilities in providing IT assistance and support to employees & team colleagues
  • Able to analyse, understand and resolve non standard issues and requests for business IT solutions
  • Demonstrate strong coordination skills.
  • To make adjustments to working methods and independently develop solutions
  • Explain practices, procedures and policies to reach agreement with others outside of the role
  • Strong O365 knowledge is required, this includes SharePoint, Teams.
  • Strong Process Management skills
  • Communicate well with people of all technical abilities and levels throughout the company.
  • Confident and empathetic manner.
  • Excels in communication skills from chairing meetings to presentations to contextual emailing ability.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and Power Automate would be advantageous.
Salary: £30-40,000 Per AnnumHybrid RemotePlease get in touch if this is of interest.
