Excellent opportunity for a HR Graduate to join a leading, global manufacturing company in the construction sector.Based at Head Office, the Human Resources team is close-knit and friendly, with far reaching involvement over several sites.This is an ideal role for a HR Graduate who wants to start a career in HR, assisting the Human Resources department.The main purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of a full range of Human Resources services, by advising line managers on best practice in all employee relations across the business with guidance from the HR Manager. To assist the HR Manager inthe continuous improvement of policies and processes in line with the Integrated Management System.As HR Graduate you will need a good knowledge of Human Resources policy, best practices and processes in line with Employment Law and primary codes of practice.The role requires:* CIPD 3 or 5 qualification (essential).* Adherence to company management systems, policies and procedures already implemented within the business.* Good knowledge of Employment Law legislations and codes of practice.* Excellent communication and verbal skills.* Sound verbal and written communication skills including note-taking.* Organisation and time management skills.* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.It would be great if you have some experience in a Human Resources function, and some experience within a manufacturing environment, though this is not essential.The role is office-based, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) with free on-site parking.This really is an incredible opportunity to launch your HR career, so if you meet the above criteria please apply immediately.
