Contract Mechanical Project Engineer 12 Month Contract (Initially) Birmingham £40-£50ph+ (Umbrella) IO Associates are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join an innovative R&D company that have taken on several new projects recently foran initial 12 months. You, the ideal Mechanical Project Engineer, will have come from a good Mechanical background with a recent proven track record in a project engineering/management position. This position will be focused on providing support across Oil& Gas Product Development liaising with suppliers and design teams in the UK and East Asia. Key Skills & Experience: ISO, ASME, EN requirements and other relevant guidelines and regulations Relevant proven experience within engineering and procurement projectsfor the oil and gas industry. Good project engineering experience across Revenue, Commercials, Safety & Quality. Identify and quantify project needs and assist in development of detailed specifications for projects. Ideally a design-based background beneficial.Monitor and review engineering progress with Project Services and Engineering disciplines across suppliers.
