Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.We have an exciting opportunity to join our Governance and Assurance team in a new role. You will play an important part in the development and implementation of our Data and Information Governance Framework, working with colleagues across the business tocontinually improve approaches to information management. You will also carry out checks to ensure that we are managing risks effectively, provide high quality research and analysis to support organisational improvement and provide support to the team in itsday-to-day activities, including handling data access requests and insurance claims.With an aptitude for data analysis, gained either as part of an A-Level or degree course, through work experience or in a personal project setting, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to interrogate data, interpret complex information and confidentlymake recommendations based on your findings. You will have a high level of personal organisation and well-developed IT skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. Whilst experience of working in a similar role maybe an advantage, it is not as important as an enthusiastic outlook, an enquiring mind, and a commitment for improving the experience of residents and colleagues.In return, you can expect 27 days holiday a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits, and a flexi scheme. We currently offer the opportunity to work up to three days at home (depending on the role).
