Would you like to work for a Prestigious Law Firm in South Manchester Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join the team as a New Enquiries Executive and Marketing Assistant.The position will predominantly involve being the first point of contact for all new enquiries that come in by phone or internet enquiries and converting them into becoming fee paying clients. This involves being able to listen carefully, empathise with the lead and make the person feel at ease. There is no hard selling involved or dealing with cold calls but an ability to process information quickly and precisely is essential. Additionally, you will be required to assist in general marketing requirements.Role and Requirements:Experience in Customer Service and ideally telesales.Ideally have a law degree or similar or have experience working in a solicitors practice.You will be highly organised with great attention to detailA polished telephone manner and friendly approachBe able to demonstrate a professional approach to all enquiries.Have a happy, positive and calm demeanour and be able to make people feel at ease.Tenacity - you will be following up on leads and will need to keep abreast of the progress of cases passed on to solicitors.Experience with MS Office and have computer literacy skills.In return you will be offered the opportunity to join a business with ambitious growth plans, where career development and great earning potential can be offered.
