Residential Support Worker - £21,294£23,281.44 plus £78 per night sleepsROC Northwest Ltd is a private organisation that offers high quality residential care and education for children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, SEBD, Learning & Physical Disabilities and complex needs/associated with challenging behaviour.We are looking for enthusiastic support care workers to join us providing meaningful care and support for our service users. You may have previous experience or it may be a role you have thought about previously but held back due to lack of experience...Ifyou genuinely care then talk to us!What is the roleYour role as a Residential Support Worker is to ensure our children and young people develop and achieve their maximum potential. Our team of Residential Support Workers come from all backgrounds and have a wide range of transferable skills from previousrelated and unrelated environments.
