Job Description

In return we ask for our employees to be dedicated and committed, striving for excellence and deliveringa high level of customer service.We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team to expertly manage the debts of our company and offer experience and support to the accounts team. You will be responsible for collecting debts from our company debtors, ensuring timely paymentsare made, processing invoices, reconciling accounts and providing financial administrative support.The role of Accounts Assistant:

  • Liaising with hotels and event companies
  • Resolving queries
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Sending statements and invoices
  • Reconcile the bi-weekly hotel payment run against outstanding monies
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Assist with developing internal processes to meet demands
  • Processing of hotel credit applications
  • To provide support and experience to your colleagues
  • To attend training sessions as requested
  • Support the team of Directors
The ideal Accounts Assistant:
  • Previous accounts experience
  • Experience of Sage 50 Accounts
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with people at all levels
  • Ability to deal with problems in a professional manner
  • Team player
  • Dedicated, committed and enthusiastic
  • This position is not remote working
