Shift Supervisor - Production Hadleigh, SuffolkOffice based - 07:00 - 15:30 (with some flexibility)£10.85 to start, rising after trainingGA148Rare opportunity to join a great manufacturing business who are enjoying consistent growth, leading to this new role.This is a physically demanding role where you will be on your feet all day moving between various production lines ensuring operations are running smoothly. You will be leading up to 13 operatives, pending required production volumes and you will be expected to learn how to use all packaging machinery. You will have an understanding of productivity and efficiencies and be well-equipped at supervising / leading a team in a production/factory environment.A fork lift license would be advantageous, however, for the right person training / qualification will be provided.This business has a real culture of team work, whilst everyone has defined roles, everyone gets stuck in and helps each other out.
