They are a fast growing and successful brand who are based in Haddenham (near Aylesbury) and are a great place to work with some great Glassdoor reviews!The Role:In anticipation of significant growth in user numbers, our client are currently looking for someone to join the Customer Success team as a Training Executive.Your primary role will be providing customers with telephone based training on their software products.You’ll answer incoming calls, respond to incoming emails and contact customers requiring training support.You’ll also provide cover for the Customer Support Consultants as and when required.To be considered, you must have previous experience of telephone-based contact with customers – ideally both inbound and outbound calls – plus experience of training other people in new skills.A high level of IT literacy is also essential.You don’t need to have worked in financial services or software training before, but you need to be a quick learner who’s prepared to swiftly develop an in-depth knowledge of how the financial advice market operates in the UK and how software and services support advisers to deliver professional, efficient and compliant advice.The Package:In return, they offer an interesting role, supporting a market-leading product, within a flexible and collaborative work environment.
