1. Nurturing Nursing Care: Administer prescribed medication and oversee nursing care, ensuring our residents receive the best attention possible.
2. Medication Management: Safeguard medication supplies and liaise with doctors to maintain adequate stock levels.
3. Homely Atmosphere: Foster a friendly and homely atmosphere for our residents, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being.
4. Lead with Expertise: Assume a leadership role while on duty, guiding our dedicated care team.
5. Enriching Lives: Go beyond the call of duty to enrich our residents lives and ensure their fulfillment.
6. Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of new and existing staff, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
7. Personal Growth: Prioritize your own professional development, with opportunities for in-house training.
8. Administrative Support: Maintain residents care records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
9. Meeting Participation: Attend relevant meetings and actively contribute to discussions.
10. Report & Assessment: Collaborate on compiling and presenting reports and assessments.
11. Professionalism: Promote and develop a professional approach to care, setting a high standard for our staff.
12. Effective Communication: Ensure seamless communication between care and nursing staff through our line management system.
13. Resident Well-being: Attend to the personal needs of residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
14. Cultural Sensitivity: Embrace and encourage residents religious and cultural customs daily, on Shabbos, and during Religious Festivals.
15. Be a Team Player: Be proactive and ready to assist with any reasonable task as part of our caring team.
