PURPOSE OF JOB:To provide throughout the London Borough of Hackney and other locations as directed, a high quality cyclical, planned and reactive repairs and maintenance service to internal and external elements of occupied and unoccupied properties, public buildings andassociated external areas.Provide outstanding customer service and excellent standards of performance to the public and residents of Hackney.1.
