Transport Planner The Humber£25,000 -£28,000 + BenefitsRole ProfileCast UK are supporting our client who is a well-established Logistics provider who is looking to recruit a Transport Planner to be based out of their expanding operation in The Humber. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Drivers, ensuring all routes are mapped and drivers are clear on the routes.Key Responsibilities:

Managing a fleet of up to 40 vehicles, planning routes in accordance with delivery time using a Multi Drop system.

Communicate with drivers ensuring the most time effective route is used every time

Perform General Administration tasks such as producing reports and checking costs

Prepare the correct documentation to the Warehouse, haulage, distribution and shipping department.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in Multi Drop

Problem solving is essential

A general knowledge of IT (Microsoft)

Work well in a team

Knowledge of both oral and written English
