My client near Tavistock are searching for a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie to work as part of their kitchen brigade to deliver honest quality food, made from scratch using locally sourced fresh ingredients for a fine dining restaurant set in a stunning CountryHouse. You must have at least 12 months experience in a busy kitchen and have a positive can-do attitude. My client is looking for a driven, energetic, and capable candidate. Someone with a real passion for food, and a desire to push their own boundaries to be the best they can be. If you are aiming for the highest levels in your culinary career, this is a fabulous opportunity to join a very strong, motivated and happy kitchen. You will be trained by one of the countries rising stars. Own transport required due to remote locations; no public transport is available.
