They are proud to be one of the few remaining fully vertical mills in the United Kingdom - they take the finest quality raw wool and producethe finest quality cloth and accessories.They have an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional Sales & Customer Support Advisor to join them!Joining them, youll be an integral part of their busy sales team working alongside their close knit customer advisors. Responsibilities are, but not limited to, answering incoming calls, replying to emails and processing new orders.Youll be involved with answering product questions, processing payments and keeping track of unpaid orders, coupled with assisting in clarifying customer complaints, finding the best solution and following up to ensure a resolution.Reporting to the Customer Services Manager youll ensure that you deliver first class customer service with all aspects of the sales process, including opening customer accounts and maintaining customer records as required.With proven experience of good interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone, you will have exceptional communication skills with clear and concise communication. You should be resilient, be able to absorb information quickly and demonstrate problemsolving skills. You will have a good understanding of Microsoft Programmes and experience in a customer service role, and knowledge of stock control, purchasing and supply procedures would be advantageous.
