We have a Junior / Merchandiser opportunity recruiting for an established lingerie/intimates supplier in Harrogate. Part of a busy merchandising team, dependent upon your experience level, you will be responsible for order processing and critical pathmanagement for your own key accounts.Building strong working relationships with all internal/external stakeholders and to ensure the smooth running of the business. Junior / MerchandiserThe Job OutlineTo manage the Critical Paths to aid and maintain on-time delivery record and the information is kept live.To confirm orders with your customers and raise purchase orders with the factory, and ensure all details are logged on the system.Handle internal handover meetings to ensure CAD, spec, BOM, colour standards, packaging and testing are all agreed and documents created.Chase lap dips and bulk dips are inline with critical path and to quality spec.Maintain the upkeep of packaging manuals, allocate correct codes, progress chase artwork and highlight any discrepanciesWork with an account team made up of colleagues from Technical, Design, Account Management, all working together on individual customers to hit annual targets and goals set by the business on each customer.To proactively provide the best customer service to help strengthen relationships and enable growth.Work with the manufacturers to ensure a strong communication link to be able to ensure all information is real time.Check packing lists and chase factory invoice (if required)To travel and attend customer meetings as/when required.Junior/ MerchandiserThe Person SpecificationExperience within a similar import/supplier merchandiser role (min. 2 years +).
