This building services consultancy practice is looking for a Building Modeller or Building Physicist to join their technically focused team based in Leeds.They are known as being industry experts with the ability to deal with highly complex and sensitive buildings, as well as more run of the mill projects. The services provided include early stage advice, optimisation and cost advice, overheating and comfort modelling as well as BREEAM, LEED and EPC work (non-domestic).In all, it is a prime opportunity for you to get involved with a wide range of schemes and work while developing your skills as modeller with recognised industry professionals.We are looking for someone who is fluent in using IES software and possibly has an Architectural or Building Services focused background.You will need to have a technical qualification such as a HNC or above in an appropriate discipline but most of all the desire to find solutions to problems and obtain correct rather than favourable answers.Fully flexible working is available regarding location while you should be based somewhere suitable to attend their North Leeds office once or twice a week once the covid situation is resolved. You will also be working remotely to support colleagues in their Manchester office too.
