Prime opportunity now available to join an extremely successful and people focused organisation in Guiseley as Credit Controller. Duties as Credit Controller will include: * Management of outstanding monies owed in a B2B capacity.* Work amongst team to achieve best possible outcomes, taking relevant and defined steps for successful collection. * Work with external parties on occasions for further support with collections process. * Handle various forms of communication with confidence over phone and email. * Negotiate, implement, and monitor repayment solutions.* Populate and manage internal database/ system to ensure accurate records. * Escalate those cases that need further specialist attention with internal Legal team. * Support other internal functions when required.What we are seeking: * Prior Credit Controller or Debt Collection experience* A strong and polite approach to work and communication* Confident verbal and written communication skills* Ability to pick up new processes, technical knowledge and system usage* A desire to work in a team environment to achieve best resultsIn return as Credit Controller you will receive a basic salary of up to £24,000 plus the ability to earn up to £500 per month, resulting in total earnings in the region of £30,000 per annum.
